Who we are

Scalea Lanchas LTDA (CNPJ 39.292.127/0001-67), based in Ilhabela, São Paulo, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 – LGPD).

What data we collect

Data you provide: name and phone/WhatsApp number, when you fill in a form to contact us, request a booking or receive news and offers.
Browsing data: pages visited, clicks, device type, approximate city and traffic source, collected by cookies and measurement tools, only according to your choice in the cookie notice.

How we use it

To answer your request and continue the conversation on WhatsApp or by phone.
To send news and offers when you ask for them (consent). You can opt out at any time.
To understand how the site is used and improve pages and ads (consent, via the cookie notice).
To meet legal and tax obligations.

Cookies and third-party tools

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tools below. They are only activated after you authorize them in the cookie notice:

Statistics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymous recordings of browsing, without the data typed into forms).
Marketing: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, to measure ad results and show relevant ads.

Who we share it with

Your data may be processed by providers that help us run the site and customer service, such as Google (forms, spreadsheets and analytics), Meta/WhatsApp, TikTok and our hosting company. Some of these services may store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data while there is a business relationship or interest in our communications, and for the period required by law. Analytics data follows the retention set in each tool (up to 14 months in Google Analytics).

Your rights

You may at any time request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent (LGPD, art. 18). You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).
